  • Miso salmon, Asian-style with a citrus dressing
  • Trinchado, pan-fried with a tangy, lightly-spiced sauce
  • Roast tomato soup
  • Beef carpaccio with a truffle dressing and deep fried shallots
  • Mussels, steamed with a light white wine, garlic, thyme and cream sauce
  • Roast vegetable and quinoa salad with cabernet vinaigrette

  • 180g sirloin Portuguese steak with a fried egg and fries
